At the heart of the Group's future stands the Puerto Fantasía Theme Park Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico — one of the most ambitious integrated resort destinations in the Americas, with a total investment of over USD 1.54 billion in Phase 1 alone and a phased opening from 2028. Spanning more than 800,000 m², it will combine a world-class theme park, water park, film studios, luxury hotels, residential districts and one of Latin America's largest confertainment venues under one roof.
